How do I set or change my reminder time?
Open the app and go to Settings, then tap Reminder time. Choose a time that fits your daily routine — consistency is especially important if you're on a time-sensitive pill like the traditional mini pill.
I didn't receive my notification. What should I do?
Check that notifications are enabled for Estroclic in your phone's Settings app. On iPhone: Settings → Estroclic → Notifications → Allow Notifications. Also make sure Do Not Disturb or Focus modes are not blocking the app.
What is the 3-hour window for the mini pill?
The traditional progestin-only pill (mini pill) must be taken within the same 3-hour window every day to maintain full contraceptive protection. If you take it more than 3 hours late (traditional mini pill) or 12 hours late (desogestrel), use backup contraception (such as condoms) for the next 48 hours. Read our full guide →
What do I do if I missed a pill?
Take the missed pill as soon as you remember. How late is too late depends on your pill type: traditional mini pill — 3 hours; desogestrel mini pill — 12 hours; combined pill — 24 hours. If you exceed your window, use backup contraception and consult your healthcare provider. Read our missed pill guide →
I purchased Premium but the features are locked. How do I restore?
Go to Settings → Restore purchases. On iPhone, make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. On Android, make sure you're signed in with the same Google account. If the issue persists, email us at support@estroclic.com with your order receipt or order number.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and all associated health data from our servers. This action cannot be undone. You can also email us at support@estroclic.com to request manual deletion.
Is my health data private?
Yes. We never sell your data and never share your health information with third parties for commercial purposes. Your pill history and cycle data are encrypted and stored securely. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
